FRIED SNACK CHEESE
Today we are in the kitchen again and on the menu are fried mini cheeses - good to serve as a snack when you are craving something that is both crispy and soft. The soft cheese in the middle will melt just right when you fry with panko or breadcrumbs. Serve with different kinds of accessories depending on what you are craving.

Ingredients:
• 12 mini snack cheeses
• 3 tablespoons wheat flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
• 10 dl oil (for frying)
Do this:
- Remove the cheeses from the wax shell.
- Pour flour onto a plate, beaten egg onto the next plate and panko onto a third plate.
- Dip the cheeses first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko.
- Heat the oil to 180°C.
- Add the cheeses and fry until golden, about 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove and let the cheeses drain on paper towels.
- Serve the cheeses immediately, with any of the suggested accompaniments.
