Payment

Abuelaz accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, PAYPAL and KLARNA in Sweden.
When paying by card, you need to enter the card number, validity period and CVC code.

Prices

VAT is included in the price of all items at Abuelaz. Food products such as olive oil, vinegar and salt have a VAT of 12%. Shipping costs have a VAT of 25%. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Delivery

Our goal is to always pack and ship your order the same day it arrives. With our partners (PostNord / UPS) you will usually receive your package within 2–3 working days in Sweden. During promotions or unexpectedly high demand, the delivery time may be slightly longer. The shipping cost is 49 SEK within Sweden. Free shipping applies to orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.

Order confirmation

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email with information about your order. Please check that the information is correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us directly at hello@abuelaz.com

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the packaging is unbroken and the goods are unused. The refund is 100% of the product price. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at hello@abuelaz.com before returning an item.

Complaint

If the package is damaged upon delivery, report this directly to the delivery point. Always check your goods upon receipt. If the complaint is approved, Abuelaz is responsible for the return shipping. Contact us at hello@abuelaz.com before sending the item back.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged for return shipping and handling. A fee of SEK 200 is charged for packages that are not picked up.

Correction of incorrect publications

Abuelaz reserves the right to subsequently correct prices, product texts and other information that has been incorrectly published on the website or in other media. We also reserve the right for any technical errors on the web shop, browser or server.

Force majeure

Abuelaz is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill its obligations under this agreement if the cause is beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: government action, new legislation, labor disputes, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accidents or natural disasters.

Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market or products, such as sales bans, warning labels or extreme market changes, as well as criminal acts that affect operations.
