Oliveto 🍸
Ingredients:
- 3 cl Gin
- 1 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl Lemon juice
- 1 cl Sugar syrup
- 3 pinches vanilla sugar
- 2 cl Egg whites (for the foam)
- 1.5 cl Abuelaz olive oil (for the foam)
Do this:
- Add gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, syrup and vanilla sugar to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a small whiskey glass.
- Whisk the egg whites and olive oil in a separate container for 20–30 seconds until a thick, light foam forms.
- Carefully top the drink with this foam.
- Garnish with fresh lemon.
