Bee Bar special! Oliveto - Abuelaz drink recipe

Oliveto 🍸

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl Gin
  • 1 cl Cointreau
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 1 cl Sugar syrup
  • 3 pinches vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl Egg whites (for the foam)
  • 1.5 cl Abuelaz olive oil (for the foam)

Do this:

  1. Add gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, syrup and vanilla sugar to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a small whiskey glass.
  4. Whisk the egg whites and olive oil in a separate container for 20–30 seconds until a thick, light foam forms.
  5. Carefully top the drink with this foam.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon.
