Himalayan Salt

Abuelaz Himalayan Salt is the perfect companion to our olive oil and vinegar. A pure, light pink rock salt from northern Pakistan, crushed into small crystals without additives. Its beautiful color comes from natural minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium, which give it a mild and aromatic salty taste. It is perfect as table salt and a topping for both food and sweets. The small grains also dissolve easily in pasta water and sauces. The salt does not contain any anti-caking agent and can therefore clump together if it absorbs moisture, just shake the jar and it will float again!
