It is aged for five years in oak barrels, where it develops its naturally darker color and a deep, mature aroma that reflects tradition and craftsmanship. The vinegar has a softly tart, nutty and slightly caramel-like character with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness, without feeling heavy or dominant. Perfect for dressings, pickles, marinades and to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients - from salads and roasted vegetables to meat and fish. Abuelaz Himalayan Salt is the sunny companion to our olive oil and vinegar. A pure, light pink rock salt from northern Pakistan, crushed into small crystals without additives. Its beautiful color comes from natural minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium, which give it a mild and aromatic salty taste. It is perfect as table salt and topping for both food and sweets. The small grains also dissolve easily in pasta water and sauces. The salt does not contain any anti-caking agent and can therefore clump together if it absorbs moisture - just shake the jar and it will float again!
