PICKLES WITH CUCUMBER AND PARSLEY
Today we're making pickles with jalapeño and parsley using our Wine Vinegar N°1! Quick, easy and super delicious!

Ingredients:
• A cucumber or a bunch of mini cucumbers
• A bunch of parsley leaves
• 3 dl water
• 2 dl granulated sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Abuelaz Wine Vinegar No°1
Do this:
- Mix all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool.
- Rinse the vegetables thoroughly.
- Shred/cut the cucumber with a cheese grater or mandolin.
- Place cucumber and parsley in a well-cleaned jar.
- Pour over the layer so that everything is covered.
- Leave in the refrigerator for at least two hours – but the longer the better
