Abuelaz Wine Vinegar N° 1 is the obvious companion to our olive oil. It is aged for five years in oak barrels, where it develops its naturally darker color and a deep, mature aroma that reflects tradition and craftsmanship.
The vinegar has a softly acidic, nutty, and slightly caramel-like character with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness, without feeling heavy or dominant.
Perfect for dressings, pickling, marinades, and for enhancing the natural flavors of ingredients – from salads and roasted vegetables to meat and fish.
