Skinny Pink – fresh cocktail with cranberries & Abuelaz vinegar

Ingredients:

• 3 cl Malfy Arancia (the orange)
• 1 cl Dry Vermouth
• 4 cl Cranberry juice
• Approximately 1.5 cl Abuelaz Vinegar

Do this:

1. Chill a cocktail glass.
2. Moisten the rim of the glass (rim) by gently running vinegar along the edge of the glass.
3. Add gin, vermouth and cranberry juice to a mixing glass (or shaker without ice).
4. Stir with ice to chill, or shake lightly.
5. Strain into the chilled and vinegar-rimmed cocktail glass.
6. Garnish with an orange peel.
