Abuelaz Wine Vinegar N° 1 is the natural companion to our olive oil. It is aged for five years in oak barrels, where it develops its naturally darker color and a deep, mature aroma that reflects tradition and craftsmanship.

The vinegar has a softly acidic, nutty, and slightly caramel-like character with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness, without feeling heavy or dominant.

Perfect for dressings, pickling, marinades, and for enhancing the natural flavors of ingredients – from salads and roasted vegetables to meat and fish.

Abuelaz Himalayan Salt is the sunny companion to our olive oil and vinegar. A pure, light pink rock salt from northern Pakistan, crushed into small crystals without additives. Its beautiful color comes from natural minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium, which give it a mild and aromatic salty taste. It is perfect as table salt and a topping for both food and sweets. The small grains also dissolve easily in pasta water and sauces. The salt does not contain any anti-caking agent and can therefore clump together if it absorbs moisture - just shake the jar and it will float again!
